KENYATTA BYNOE

Kenyatta Bynoe serves as Founder and Principal Consultant for Ingenuity. She provides brand strategy, social media management, personal branding, event planning and strategic partnership development for professional athletes, non-profit organizations and corporate businesses.

Kenyatta previously served as VP of Global Marketing and Partnerships at Spalding, where she held direct accountability for pioneering an all-new visual identity, global marketing strategy, brand experience and e-commerce platform across all consumer touch points. She also managed the partnership with the National Basketball Association including oversight of marketing, licensing and athlete endorsements. Her accomplishments were evidenced by selection for industry awards including Adweek “Most Powerful Women in Sports” and Sports Business Journal “Game Changer.”

Kenyatta Bynoe is an accomplished marketing executive with a career that encompasses increasingly demanding leadership roles. With a solid track record of engineering innovative, 360-degree marketing strategy, Kenyatta is much at home delivering campaigns across advertising, digital and social media, PR, and experiential disciplines.

Throughout her award-winning career, Kenyatta has also held progressively responsible marketing roles at iconic brands such as Jeep, Microsoft and Volkswagen. Kenyatta launched her career upon obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Central Michigan University. She went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Eastern Michigan University.

 DORINDA CARTER, Ph.D.

Dorinda Carter, Ph.D. serves as Communications Consultant for Ingenuity. She provides media relations, crisis communications, public speaking instruction, speech writing and strategic communications for organizations, leaders and influencers.

Dorinda is an Emmy award-winning journalist who previoulsy served as a general assignment reporter for television stations in Tennessee, Indiana and Kentucky. As a reporter, she covered major events affecting communities across the country. She served as Communications Director and Chief of Staff for the Nashville District Attorney's Office and currently serves as Director of Communications for the Tennessee Department of Correction.

Dorinda is founder of a prison reentry program for women who have survived lives of abuse, addiction, prostitution and trafficking. Her work in the private, government and non-profit sectors began upon obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Western Kentucky University. She went on to earn a Master of Arts Degree in Civic Leadership from Lipscomb Univeristy and a Doctorate Degree from Piedmont International University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dorinda's doctoral dissertation is titled: Leadership and Cross-Sector Collaboration: A Qualitative Study on Solving Complex Societal Issues.
